Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds apply to our courses and advisory services, and your rights as a consumer in the EU. This is a prototype.
Digital courses
Online courses are digital content delivered with instant access. Where you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal — but by purchasing and agreeing to immediate access, you acknowledge that this right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun. Where access has not yet begun, you may withdraw within the statutory period for a full refund.
Advisory services
Advisory engagements are governed by the scope and terms agreed for that engagement. Work that has already been performed, and committed third-party costs, are not refundable. Unused, prepaid hours that have not yet been delivered may be refundable as set out in your engagement terms.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or exercise a right of withdrawal, reply to your order receipt or contact us at hello@veloriaib.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable period.
EU consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU law or the law of your country of residence. The specific statutory withdrawal details applicable to your purchase are a placeholder in this prototype.
